I have always had a love of antique furniture. The patina and the beauty of the timber speak to me somehow, and the past seems just below the surface. Learning to authentically restore weary old pieces and give them their beauty and dignity back has been tremendously rewarding.

It is also genuinely a pleasure to see people fall in love with them again, and take them home to a new life... Of course, my searches for furniture are always turning up interesting and nostalgic bric-a-brac, and I also can't resist blue and white china, so there's something for everyone!
