Tearoom
Suffolk born and bred, Kevin gained his chef qualifications at City College Norwich. He has been in the catering profession for over twenty years working in various areas of the industry. One of the highlights of his career was being involved in the Queen’s garden parties at Buckingham Palace. He comes from a farming background which has given him the knowledge of using seasonal ingredients when creating recipes.Kevin has been a regular visitor to the Dedham Art & Craft Centre and he grabbed the opportunity of taking on the Tearoom when it became available for a change of management. He is working alongside his partner Gemma who has also been in the hospitality industry specialising in front-of-house. They thought the Tearoom was an ideal place to take on as their first business venture together.
Together with the menu featuring all the favourite Tearoom fayre including sandwiches, jacket potatoes and salads there is a daily Specials Board both for lunches and desserts.
